FOUR TRUE EVENTS

LIABILITY

Once our equipment is set up, we accept no liability for any accidents, personal injuries or loss of property.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your $100 deposit fee is non- refundable. If in the unforeseen case of an emergency, we must cancel your event date, you will receive a refund of your $100 deposit in addition to any amount already paid toward your event balance.

If for some reason you have to change your booking date and/or time, please contact us to make sure the date and time is available. We will try our best to accommodate you.

Your event date is not reserved until the $100 deposit is made & form complete.

Once the deposit is paid, be mindful that your remaining event balance must be paid in full no less than 7 days prior to your event date. If it is not paid by this time, your event reservation may be subject to cancellation without a refund on any amount paid toward the event reservation, including the initial $100 deposit. 

 

SAFETEY POLICY

As a small business, we work hard to sanitize, wash and disinfect all event inventory to make sure it is delivered in excellent condition.

We love seeing how excited kids are while we set up a rental. With this being said, we ask that you provide adult supervision to children under the age of 10 if they will be in the area during setup. This is to keep everyone safe as things are moving around! We also ask that you please ensure that if you have any furry friends, they are not in the event space during set up or pick up.

 

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently only accept Cashapp or Zelle at this time. As we grow, we are exploring various payment options for clients.

Zelle: Please contact us if you wish to use this method of payment.

 

STATEMENT OF SERVICE

We understand the many tasks at hand when it comes to planning an event. This is why we deliver, set up and pickup our equipment and inventory booked by the client. That being said, we do not currently offer services such as event coordination or clean up beyond our scope, which includes the quality-ensured delivery, setup, and clean up of our rental items only.

Lastly, Our team is not responsible to help move furniture to clear the space for your event rental. 

PERSONALIZED SERVICES

We are happy to accommodate and plan with clients customization theme requests for a fee that varies depending upon the size. Many times, clients request a combination of colors and inventory from different themes we already offer, in which case, a fee is not assessed. Please provide as much detail as possible in your initial form request so we can ensure what we deliver meets, if not exceeds, your expectations!

 

FOUR TRUE PUBLIC RELATIONS

DESIGN SERVICES

Client receives a (3) revision limit on all work. If Client is not satisfied after the complimentary revisions, Four True Public Relations will charge $20 per additional revision that the client requests. Revisions include, but are not limited to fonts, color, sizing, layout.

 

PRICE AND DELIVERY

Projects $600 or less: Full payment required to begin.

Projects over $600 : 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit required. 

Full balance will be due upon completion of project.

Payment should be made in the method and manner specified by Four True Public Relations. Work is to be delivered no later than the pre-determined turnaround time, but Four True Public Relations agrees that the date of delivery is not material to this Agreement.

Digital files are sent over in png, mp4, and jpg formats. Printable files are sent over in pdf and png format.
